Internet Support Services: Our support team can provide real-time support to all your queries and assist you though e-mails and instant messaging facilities.

Knowledgebase: 24x7 access to our product knowledgebase to solve all your queries.

SAP All in One Duty Manager: This service can be used in critical situations in which the core business processes are affected. The answering machine for this number is also checked regularly outside of normal working hours.

Notes database: We offer solutions for known problems to help you in the problem solving process.

Where we are unable to solve your queries and where the solution is available in SAP SMB Portal (http://service.sap.com/smb), we assist you in getting your queries and problems solved through SAP at the earliest.
